Another Couple, Another Town

Got up before five to take Paul and Felicity to the airport - well, Mike took them, I went back to bed.

And then met Pat and Richard in Faro, and took them to Tavira, where they treated us, not only to a delicious tapas lunch at Ti Maria, but also gelatos at the place in the photo, just as you come off the so called Roman bridge, Delizia da Ponte. I had ground almonds, and coconut with wasabi; Mike had carob with orange, and dried fig cream. 

Gratefuls:
- all of us making it safely home; us many hours later than Paul and Felicity, but we made it before dark, just
- the cutest small pomegranate vase that I succumbed to in Tavira, it will no doubt feature in a future Blip
- a stunning sunset over the Alentejano plains, with a deep red sun, welcoming us home
