Here we go again ...

A morning walk around the lovely old town of Ruthin and then a second visit to the potential new house in Denbighshire. The front of the house has a wonderful view south across its own fields onto three hills in the  Clwydian range (this is the middle of the three). After the viewing we had a nice walk around the National Trust estate at Erddig.

We have decided to put an offer in so we will see what happens tomorrow.
