Yep shakin that ass!! But actually it's all in the hips and my hips hurt, my feet hurt, my head hurts but hopefully my ego won't be.

I take my hat off to the celebs that do Strictly come Dancing its possibly the hardest thing I've ever done, my legs want to but my brain hits a wall and won't let me!!!!

Higher shoes today and sparkly, I'm sure it will all fall into place but I look as sexy as a Spanish Omelette at the moment!!!!

Bean and Roo are taking it all in their stride they will be competing their routine is the chi chi chi!!!!!!!
