Scary big owl!

The Kelpies again this morning but I decided to take a photo of this “sculpture”. I suppose Public Art would be the right description. 
Opposite Mr Owl is a Centaur, see today’s extra. There is also a rather well done Unicorn but I have blipped it in the past.
