Seen at the entrance to Spot Lane Nature Reserve

I’m not sure of my reaction to this. I’ve reported it to the Council as fly tipping. It’s next to a bin so I suppose they’re thinking it it will be collected when that waste bin is emptied.

It’s a bit of a Silly Saturday blip too. It’s all rather silly. I’d like to try and understand the motives of such people.
