In this newly built building, the bank was supposed to have its office... It didn't... So, I went to the old adress, but it weren't there either... so I went home and called and got help. The needed documents will reach me in a few days. I also got a phone call this afternoon and the difficulties are over and done with and life will go back to normal, finally. 
It'll be an early night since I'm already half a sleep.
