Celebrating

Had a wonderful evening on the Flying Scotsman , 60103 , celebrating its 100th birthday year.

It was a special, invite only, steam return from Oxenhope - home of many of my ancestors- to Keighley and back. A stunning evening as the weather was perfect and the train was glorious. I remember seeing it in service and it didn’t gleam and sparkle then, but it certainly did tonight.

I also think this is a blip birthday for me. I’ve finally made 9 years of blipping, and what a way to mark it.
