Eda is the skipper!
It’s the first of the month but there is no flaming June here! Cool cloud again this morning.
Fortunately the sun is shining in NW Scotland and I couldn't resist using this shot of Eda at the tiller of Nanty on it’s way to Isle Ristol in the Summer Isles off the coast of Coigach. (see extra - worth the trip). Jude loved being on the boat too, last year she wouldn’t get off.
More creativity back at the house, this time twigs and tin foil to make an angel and hats - just look at those mountains.
The walk with the ladies was slightly later today due to it being half term, we had another man join us but not the regular one!
It’s good we can have this walk without being impacted by the ongoing tree clearance. Only very limited access to the pond to feed the ducks but there were no cygnets to be seen this morning. What we did see, which was originally going to be my blip today, was a truck taking away some of the felled Larch poles. We were impressed he made the tight corner! Extra, extra, extra.
