Snow in summer

I could have got up earlier than I did but if had a broken night. Spent a good while chatting to E next door who is shovelling more hardcore and chuckies. I did some housework and laundry and then to the garden.

It was a glorious day. I watered round three front and hoed round the back then I did something I have not done for years, sat in the sun with as book, borrowed from next door. It was odd to read a book that references the Avenue Stores! I had lunch and dinner outside and interspersed the reading with watering of pots and plants. 

Again it was late before I came inside. Been a lovely, relaxing day and the tan is topped up.
