A Wanderer

Toan is a really quiet guy, or at least he seemed so. The first time he showed up in the kitchen, he looked like the quiet kid in class, long hair, square glasses, didn’t say much just went straight into doing. But he’s a hilarious guy cracking jokes here and there to make the place feel as comfortable as possible and he usually compliments people on their work, like a lot, he’d always say thank you when he interrupts you or even slightly so which is a really nice thing that I took notice of. Toan’s the knife guy in our kitchen, he usually stays back or comes early to sharpen everyone else’s knives and damn does he do a good job at it. He and the head chef usually banter around in the front, talking about which knives to get or talking about the first time he went to work (he cried because there was so much stuff to do and he was overwhelmed due to the amount of stress).
