The Boss, the Daughter, a Secret Garden and a Long Island Iced Tea.

The Daughter is 26 today....so we went to Automatic for dinner.

Two Piri-piri prawns and one Lamb Tagine for starters........three steaks.....a creme brulee...one pot of tea.......one latte....two glasses of rose......two cocktails and one pint of Silver Fox.......£78.

Now we're all at home....replete....and trying to stay awake to watch the football. England v Ireland......1-1 at the moment.....not very exciting.

Still....better than the Boss' suggestion....Frankie...a drama about a District Nurse....you can tell she's in the medical game....everything on TV with the slightest link to doctors, nurses, hospitals, dead bodies, ambulances, accidents....etc, etc gets watched or recorded.
