Went to the top first thing but the rubble skips still hadn’t been emptied . Sigh!
Drove down to Crick to meet CKL at the nursery there. It was yet another grey and chilly day and I didn’t feel in the mood for buying plants. That soon changed as we were looking round though! Drive 5 minutes to the cafe and had coffee and then lunch and a long catch-up. C is very stressed about her don at the moment. He is in a very difficult marriage with a 14 month old baby and his wife seems to be being very challenging. Things are very rapidly coming to a head.
Dropped off my new plants at home and went to the tip again. Third time lucky! Did an hour or so pottering in the garden
