Did a load of laundry and then decided to go to Six Acre nursery. New to me but was recommended by LM. It was a bit further away than I thought but was very nicely laid out, family run affair with a good selection of plants(all very healthy). They are in partnership with a nearby college for adults with additional needs- so another big brownie point. Got advice on a suitable climbing plant for a very shady wall in my courtyard area and bought a few other bits and pieces.
After a quick lunch and play with the kittens I walked down to LMs as she had some cuttings, roots etc from her garden (see blip). Of course stayed for coffee and a chat ( and she talks a lot!!) so didn’t get back home until 4.30. Went out to do some gardening at about 5 but had only managed 30 minutes when I got quite severe stomach pains so went back inside. All ok now though
