Wrong clothes

Today started with BP while OH took NO.1 for an appointment with the osteopath.  Not sure whether it made any difference as she was still in pain but time will tell?

The weather forecast looked promising (we always look which way the wind is blowing and decide on North or South coast).  Today we decided to head for the south coast and drove to Bexhill as No.1 had not been there.  I had forgotten how far it was and we spent over an hour in the car each way.  The sun had come out and there were people on the beach but as it was a bit overcast and really windy when we left, I had worn the wrong clothes and was hot and grumpy!  However we did a long walk along the front, visited the De La Warr and had an ice cream so made the best of the day.

Home for steaks on the BBQ and salad.
