Notes: Awake early from 530-620a and then didn't get up until 945a! Felt very tired, dehydrated and out of it still. Had electrolytes, minerals and supplements first thing followed by coffee. Worked on Jo's site for a couple hrs and then talked to Mic for a bit. Ate after that - had a salad w/ pizza made on one of the almond flour crusts I made this week (decent flavor but didn't hold together well). Tired and wanted no part of being in the heat so didn't step foot outside. Talked to Joe around 530p for a bit, he was headed back to Port Charlotte tonight for another small scan by himself.
