Elephant garlic

I'd completely forgotten I'd planted an elephant garlic bulb here!

It seems to be doing better than all my other garlic plants but it's been sheltered from the hot sun and wind due to my neighbours' damson tree growing nearby, that's probably why.

I expect I have a big garlic glut coming - I've been watching videos to learn how to plait it!
