Friday

Started with BP.  I had checked the timetable on the new app and it looked as if the classes had changed but I was happy to be wrong (logging in as the wrong gym). Gym was hot but I was pleased I made it.  Home and No.1 was still sleeping soundly after a disturbed night.  I pottered in the garden and picked yet more sweet peas.

Late breakfast and a bit more pottering and finishing the day with an early evening cool walk along the river.  

OH arrived in Le Touquet and had first round of golf and messaged to say it had been very hot.

Another day done.
