Summer!!!!

What a lovely day today has been! We have had a proper family day, after hubby had an unexpected day off because of a system failure at work! We took Charlotte to her swimming lesson and then went out for lunch at Nandos.

After that we headed over to Gloucester Park for their family event 'Paws on Patrol' which was great fun. Charlotte played with the police dogs, went on the bouncy castle, enjoyed an ice cream and had a ride on the cup and saucers. She had a great time, and after walking about 5 miles today is shattered so should sleep well tonight!!

I have been spoilt for choice in photos today but this is my favourite as its so colourful and Charlotte looks so happy and cheerful. She had literally just finished her ice cream when I took it.

Plans for the rest of the day...Not a lot! Need to pack for our day out tomorrow with the in laws but other than that we plan to continue family time on the sofa watching Flubber....Charlottes choice!!!
