Homecroft

We went to visit Uncle Roger and Auntie Diane today, as well as Claire, Isobel, Andy and Maggie and Gyp (the dogs). Ed's grandparents and great-grandparents lived in this house. We try to visit at least once a year, but it was much easier this time travelling 45 minutes in the car from London rather than flying down from Scotland! This was the first time they had met Conor and he was very good. We had a lovely lunch and dinner interspersed with a walk around Lullingstone country park. Maggie the dog loves jumping into water to chase her ball, and Orla was only too happy to oblige. All of the paintings on the wall were done by Ed's Grandad, Arthur (whom Conor is named after) and his Uncle Roger has a website for his photography of the English countryside (Invicta Photographic). Orla really loves drawing and playing with the camera, so maybe she has inherited these talents.
