Four Spot Chaser

........... I spent a very relaxing couple of hours at the nature reserve on a dragon hunt - I wasn’t disappointed as there were plenty to spot and loads of damselflies, I was in my element ;-)

Does anyone know what the wildflower is in extras - I saw lots of it at the nature reserve but I don’t remember ever seeing it there before .... it was about 3 foot tall but I didn’t see many insects on it which surprised me
