Notes: Woke ~7a, laid in bed for a bit. Slow morning, stuff around then house then had coffee and got online ~8a. Did a little web work, minor for Jo and set up a new page and made some adjustments on Elle's. Considered going out to look for a small trowel for my microgreens but found something in the toolbox and planted a new batch as the last one didn't go at all. Decided to go to the pool ~10a, still already blazing hot and just kept getting in shower to stay cool. Only there about 30 min total. Made a batch of cinnamon fat bombs, listened to Jo's affirmations and had a restful afternoon. Meal of eggs, salad and 1/2 GF bagel w/ the new Violife vegan cream cheese (it's probably the best version yet) and homemade strawberry jam. Mid afternoon shower, staying in from the heat. Back and forth w/ Jo in the evening on Telegram - Honey C Golden has the course up on her site as of today. Watched the new Deadloch and ordered a rechargeable fan from Amazon.
