Notes: Slept a bit late, woke and saw some dolphins first thing. Decided around 9a to go w/ Ellen to her studio again and move out a bunch of wood and post for free pickup. Was quite triggered again today by certain energies and frequencies I can no longer tolerate. We came back and I went ahead and packed up - left ~1240p. Jo had sent a Judy Cali audio, listened to part on the drive and then while I was unpacking and preparing some food. Had a shower before eating but then started the audio again, and went to another level of consciousness this time ... at some point, backed it up and went thru again until a part with the Council of 12, the 144,000 and then a unicorn healing ... where a big boom of thunder jolted me. Took me awhile to wake out of the grogginess, had heard from Jo so we Zoomed from ~515 - 610p. Streamed shows, to bed early - tired!
