What a difference...

...28 years makes.  I bought my little farmhouse 28 years ago today.  I came across this old photo recently and thought I'd photograph the same view today.  Back then, I just mowed a path to the clothesline and garden, the rest was a meadow.  The woman I bought the house from had sheep.  The garden is still in the same place, the clothesline long gone.  Another sweltering day but cooler weather, and more rain, is on the way.  Yay!  When I bought the house, I didn't need air conditioning. The climate has certainly changed.  Gift#187: air conditioning.
