White hydrangea

Now that my hydrangeas are flowering they need lots of water as I have four in pots as well as a couple in the ground. The short gentle rain showers we had today were not enough.

This morning I went for an early bike ride before the rain and was surprised that the towpath was not busier . However it was busy in one section by Kingston Bridge as the Kingston Regatta was taking place today. 

Lots of people ‘workers/ exhibitors’  going into the Hampton. Court flower show before 9 am and the Park Run just about to start in Bushy Park.

It has been very humid all day so we have actually put the air con on for a bit. 

More watching of tennis as it’s been too hot to do the gardening I was planning.
