Estos

Another wonderful day. Easy straightforward walk up to the pass and down the other side through the beautiful Estos valley - rich in flora even by local high standards. I cooled my feet in the stream, stopped for a cup of tea at the Estos Refugio. And now relaxing in the town of Benasque at what seems to be a favourite tapas bar with the locals. A good day for marmots but no cows - when I was here in September they were all over the high pastures. My washing is all drying on my room balcony after we all had a bath together. Five Refugios in a row after this so facilities and comms will be limited.
