Romantico

We arrived at El Cortijo in Zahara de los Atunes to find I had booked (without realising it!!) the "Romantic Option".

Our suite was sumptuous, the four-poster bed enormous, and the bathroom about the same size as my whole flat! You could fit the average size Travel Lodge room in the wardrobe.

When we went to dinner, we found our table strewn with petals, candles lit and what's more we were pretty much the only people there for most of the evening.

There is to be a wedding tomorrow and although the hotel is full with the 60 or so guests, they seemed to be dining elsewhere.
