Notes: Woke at a decent time, dark and stormy looking - love it! Only got a small amount of rain tho and ground was wet from overnight storms. Can't believe I have to leave here already and feeling the weight of going back to Largo. Cleanup and packing/organizing day, doing the laundry and putting things back as I found them. Heard from Joe that the scan for tonight will be rescheduled (grateful for myself and he just got back from west coast and 9-10 days on the road at 145a this morning). Did take Zoe to the dog beach around noon, but she wasn't as interested today so we tooled around on the golf cart a bit in cooler temps under cloudy skies. Grabbed a pic of the age-old Shaner's on Pass-A-Grille Way (been there as long as I've been coming to this area). Walked over w/ Zoe ~1p and said hello to Steve and Adele who were outside working - was nice to chat with them a bit. Big salad for lunch and continued cleaning of the kitchen and packing things away. Left at 430p to pick up Andy's cousin (Daria) from Tampa airport, heavy traffic both ways. She landed 15 min early but took her 18 min to get off the plane. Took us until 630-ish to get back (or later, can't remember). I still had to pack fridge/freezer stuff and everything else I didn't want long in heat ... Long drive back to Largo, and not a happy one. Drawbridge at John's Pass was up, got back 730p, was 88 inside and AC running (and that felt like cool relief from outside!). Tried to unpack a bit, cool shower (tho couldn't get it cool enough). Went to bed early, disgusted.
