Notes: Slept quite a bit again and Zoe and I didn't want to get up. Was at Bette's just before 830a to get her credit card. Left ~ 840a for S St Pete - the woodworking studio of a woman I met at the Sat night beach sunset Meetup. Really cool, she makes all kinds of things - this acoustic guitar is in progress! Headed to TJs from there for my list and Bette's and then dropped her stuff off. So stinking hot even before 9a. Just before noon, took Zoe to the dog beach, she was a little less animated today - probably too hot (imagine wearing your down parka into the sauna and then starting a roaring bonfire!). We rode around the beach a bit on the golf cart - she seems to like that and just sits so well right next to me. I got in the pool when we returned and it was a bit cooling. Dried off and then rested with an hour long affirmations meditation and a little dozing in and out. Ate then around 2p, easy warm-up of broccoli slaw w/ beef that had been in freezer and rest of the zucchini from yesterday. Quiet afternoon, too hot to go back outside. Walked Zoe again around 7p then got in the pool. Stretched the hose all around the yard and tried to get a bit of water to all the pots even w/ dark clouds and the hint of rain ... Went to bed a bit early.
