Main activity: Thurs - work, pool, carnivore cake!
Notes: Did quite a bit of work in the morning and enjoyed the coffee I'd skipped for the last 2 days (dry fast, water fast and light meal). Was about 1130a till I got to the pool - very hot again. Tried to do a meditation and rest early afternoon but didn't work at all so got up and put together the carnivore lemon cake w/ eggs & cream cheese. Baked up ok tho the center didn't quite get done and had to put in the oven. Split in 2 then and "frosted" w/ lemon whipped cream and drizzled over w/ egg yolk mixed with honey. Tastes a bit eggy but overall ok! Took a piece over to Eric & Linda for them to try. Mom called and chatted w/ Jo a bit on Signal. Late shower after 5p, watched a Janine & JC vid until 630p. Was texting then on computer w/ Mom and Jason and Jo popped back on Signal and then called thru there from 8-9p+. Never did get the LR tv turned on or watch any of my weeknight Netflix shows.
