Pizza Night!

Mozzarella, soppressata,, arugula and spicy honey. Credit Mr S with the two photos of me playing with the cheese. Yes, it was delicious!  Game changers in the kitchen: a good pizza stone, a big enough peel, and the invention of parchment paper to make sure everything slides smoothly.

Note: the salad shot contains an image of the earliest tomato we’ve ever harvested.  It’s July!! usually we don’t have them til late August. Have no idea what this means, except more time to enjoy tomatoes! Cucumber and lettuce come from the garden as well. I still get a thrill from eating stuff that we grow!  It’s such a miracle.
