Today's been kind of difficult... I got a chore that should be better for my back, but involved a lot of raking leaves, lifting them up in a wheel barrow and emptying that on the compost. I pressed the leaves together in the wheel barrow, so much that they held the shape after I'd dumped them on the compost. Look rather funny. :D 
I did start to feel unwell, but worked my hours instead of going home. I'm not feeling well right now, so rest is what I'll do...
