Restored planter

This is a nice display in the restored planter opposite the old Star and Garter home just outside one of the entrances of Richmond Park. The rest of the lettering says The Richmond branch of the Royal British Legion. Coincidentally we got a letter and survey to do from the Royal British Legion in the post today as we always donate for remembrance each November so are on their mailing list!

I have bought the electric bike I blipped last week! Today I did a first longer ride around Richmond Park trying out the different boosts from the motor..you can have 35% , 60% or 100%. It makes cycling so much easier on inclines and you go much faster obviously …I actually overtook quite a few cyclists today!

Lovely and sunny this morning but showers this afternoon and quite gloomy too.
