Come Spin With Me

Our last day home before a camping trip always means we’re busy. I had breakfast on the front porch and got distracted watching three hummingbirds compete for two feeders. My head was spinning from side to side trying to get a decent shot. The best ones were silhouettes. This hummer enjoyed sitting on the spinner going round and round. Hubby loaded almost everything but our food. I made pasta salad, bacon and taco meat so we won’t have much messy work on the trip. The meal plan is pretty simple but with a lot of variety and fresh fruit and veggies. Hubby vacuumed while I cleaned the kitchen. We had time for a quick nap/blip prep before 5:00 Mass. We will get the last minute groceries on the way home tonight. Sure hope you are enjoying your weekend. Stay safe. “Deep in the heart of the infinite darkness, a tiny blue marble is spinning through space. Born in the splendor of God's holy vision, and sliding away like a tear down his face.” - Johnny Cash
