Rock pooling

A good long walk today along the beach from Seahouses to Bamburgh and back with totted up nearly 10 miles.

The weather was so much better than yesterday- it didn’t have to try hard- but tomorrow is supposed to be foul.

The low carb diet succumbed to fish and chips tonight - along with most of Seahouses. A couple of pints at the Bamburgh Inn rounded off the evening
