Getting Juiced

We don't have the logistics, let alone the wiring yet, to quickly charge our electric wonder-car at home, but Freddie's is only a block away and they have plenty of fast charging stations. Slicko: we drove the Bolt to Fred Meyer, hooked it up, left it there, went on our walk this morning, and came back to a fully charged car. It cost $10 to fill it up (from 66 to 100 percent).
But the learning curve is still pretty steep and long, and just like with our phones and pads, it's the language, the terminology that gets in the way. But it also helps. "Step on the gas," still communicates much more quickly than, "Accelerate."
