Swans

As rain was forecast for the afternoon we went out this morning.  We drove out to Willow Barn Cafe on the outskirts of Worcester.   The cafe is situated next to a lake, very still and covered with algae.  Frequently an overflow from a higher level would pour clear water into the lake.

A family of swans were on the water. Here they are under one of the overflows.  In the extras, the birds are worn out and decided on a quick sleep.

From there we went to The Fold for lunch.
