Friends Reunited

We had an utterly lovely time seeing these friends who drove from Nottingham so we could have brunch together in Sutton. The weather was awful so we stretched out brunch as long as possible before pottering in the town centre where a brilliant choir were singing (conducted by 'Andy Rumble' which we thought was a perfect name!) and there happened to also be face-painting! Danny and Sireesh went to school together and are long time best mates...and to be fair I've known him and Dipti for 20 years too! They're amongst our favourite people.
Home in time for Asha who got back from Camp in Wales. She's full of stories and enthusiasm. It sounds like it was a fantastic week. I'm so grateful to SCBC for including her. We spent the rest of the day washing and listening to her catch us up.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Sireesh and Dipti making the effort to come from Nottingham.
2) Asha loving the week away.
3) Quinto Lounge being amazing on the gluten/dairy free front.
