Out on the bike for the morning, out East for some required fresh air and exercise. 'Twas pretty nice out there I have to say.

To the conference centre across teatime for Dark Noon, a rather spectacularly produced piece of theatre. Really quite dazzling with its visuals, the live camera feeds, the set construction, a lot going on for sure! There's a five star review of it here from The Guardian earlier in the week. 

Home via the local to make risotto, watch more of The Bear and nod off on the sofa.
