A Fine Young Bouquetin

Up early not far from the Diablerets Hut this morning, standing in the first sunshine. I was hoping to search for Ptarmigan but as I descended the valley where I have seen them before there was a huge earth moving machine working on the ski piste. I guess they have to work on the base of the pistes sometimes. What a racket, I turned round and went back uphill again! A section of arnica flowers was alive with bees and butterflies, extra.

Blipping early as we have 6 friends coming for dinner this evening and we are not natural chefs! It is too hot on the balcony now so we are hoping it will cool off later. Better get busy!
