Evening light

Today's photo was going to be the quilt.  But it's been relegated to an extra by this evening light.

It's been a day of very changeable weather, varying from hot sunshine to very wet rain.  And sometimes both at once.  Sitting in my sewing room, once the sun came round to the west, I had to move away from the window.

We've both had busy and satisfying time on our projects.  W is building a shelving unit for beside his computer - to take the printer and the paper supplies.  He got the two components glued up today.  Just some sanding and varnishing to finish.  And I have finished the quilt I was working on yesterday.  Close up in extras.  Squared up, bound, and with a hanging sleeve.  Now it can go away for some months.

Going to bed shortly.  I'm tired - I can't remember my dreams in details, but feel I have been quite busy the last 3 or 4 nights.
