A showery morning was forecast but I wanted to put fuel in the car while there wasn’t much traffic and then decided that as I was out I’d try and dodge the showers to get a wander and blip. Home for a camera then off to Bowness.

I was there for perhaps 10 minutes before heavy rain sent me dashing for the nearby shelter. With enough photos to choose a blip from I returned home and did get a longer dry walk in the afternoon.
