Len's Bouquet

I should have taken this photo earlier, before the flowers had started to decay and petals to fall.

They come from Oscar's Pumpkin Patch which we visited on Friday and were described as wild flowers. I'd call them cottage garden flowers. I think they're exquisitely beautiful. I asked Len to pick them from the flower patch because I can't bend down so well to reach them.

I'd love to go back and pick some more. But I need to be able to drive and so far, Len has not agreed to let me try.

After I'd finally got myself ready, Basil and I took Cecily and went to Colin's for a chat.

So I took this shot a bit too late. We had some rain in the morning but the forecast is for some sun and warmth.
