Not a good day - yet….

This morning I had one of those episodes of zigzags in the eyes followed by a migraine. The girls here for breakfast didn’t help. They can be so loud. Ro took them to the football day at school and has just gone to collect. 

I also had a FaceTime with Em who was wearing the above!  I thought it was so relevant! Blip done!

Been napping all afternoon. Im sure the bright lights used at the optician are to blame. It’s been ages since I had one of these migraines.  

Girls arriving soon. Ro has made personal shepherds pies : one with no peas and carrots, one with no cheese on top etc and ours with everything !
