Bubble snakes

My wildlings love playing with bubbles so this morning I thought I'd give them a different way of playing with them. For blippers with kids or grandkids it's a fun activity.  Cut a plastic bottle and add a sock to the bottom and dip it in bubble mixture.  It kept my wildlings entertained for a while . 
It's been mostly lovely weather today so once the small rain shower stopped we went foraging on the way to the park. Collected loads of blackberries and then picked apples from my neighbours tree when we got home. I now have two big crumbles in the oven. Nana Joan will be getting one. My guys probably won't eat it , they like the idea of it. We will see. I'll have some later on tonight.  

We've had a good day. Tomorrow and Thursday Mr R is taking most of the two days off work as we have a couple of family days out with our PIN group. It's the last events before school starts back next week. Tomorrow is mabie farm park and Thursday Drumlanrig Castle. There will involve lots of running around and outdoor activities both days. At least my knee is holding up with a support on it. 

It's now dinnertime for the wildlings and then I'll only throw two of them in the bath after. I'll have to bath all four the next two nights . Tomorrow they will get covered in hay.
