Found

I seemed to have the dullest part of the day for my walk, but I still found a few butterflies. Peacock (main image), Comma, Meadow Brown, Gatekeeper, Holly Blue, Speckled Wood, Large White and Small White were all around, but just in ones and twos. Also quite a few Brown Hawker dragonflies.

Later I went over to Guiseley AFC for the first time this season, with Whitby Town being the visitors in a Northern Premier League fixture. A sort of fish and chips derby (Guiseley being the former home of Harry Ramsden’s and Whitby being, well Whitby.)  Whitby seemed much more on their game, and they came away with a 3-1 victory.
