Peaceful

Echinacea at the allotment. I particularly like this variety with its slender pink flower petals.

I still feel under the weather so today I worked quietly at my computer all day, and had a rest at lunchtime. Walked to the allotment before dinner, just as the warmth of the day was subsiding. It was magical there. Peaceful and still, and basked in gentle sunshine. I picked French beans for dinner, did a little weeding and came home.
