Standing and teething

Maple doesn't sit anymore, she just climbs and stands up. Her teeth are giving her so much grief. She bit her lip biting the cot this morning and drew blood. The morning did not get off to a good start today.... Oscar was tired and sensitive. He had a real meltdown in the car. I felt so sorry for him and so hurt and helpless that he felt like that. We ended up having fish and chips at Ibn Battuta and the day certainly picked up from there!

Today was a public holiday for "Lailat al Miraj", (Ascension of the prophet). Stu went to see Star Trek at the movies and I chilled with the kids at home. We did puzzles, lego and just played with their toys. Life has been so incredibly hectic lately.... it was very nice to get back to basics.

We have just about booked our tickets to NZ for the Dubai Summer/NZ Winter! It has been more than two years and we can't wait!
