Wading in ....

No, not another reference to swimming but rather to todays outing with Tryst Walking group.  We headed up towards Newtonmore and walked six miles along a section of a General Wade's Militray Road.  I really enjoyed it - the heather was out and the landscape varied with moorland, bitch woods and then farmland. We had a coffee and cake in Newtonmore before heading home.

Meanwhile T was if not wading in but dealing a with a more thorny issue - a blocked loo !  No local plumbers are available so we may have to get emergency ones from Perth tomorrow.  However he has made some progress in identifying where the issue is and is planning on trying one  or two things before calling it day ..... and at  least we have another (albeit outside) loo.
