Boating in the basin

Today we completed the 47 mile circuit of the Arcachon Basin by bike. It was a lovely route, almost entirely on dedicated cycle tracks. This involved a ferry trip across the bay from Cap Ferret to Arcachon. Today's blip was taken from the ferry. We started fairly early to get most of it done before the peak heat of the day, which reached 41C (!) The route is in today's extra.
We made sure to drink plenty throughout the day.
