The Daffs Are Out
We seem to have more than usual this year.
I was tempted to take them “fluttering and dancing in the breeze” but decided on the close up.
Note the blueness of the sky, even though you can only see a tiny bit. It was such a deep colour.
Bec rang to see if we could babysit overnight. It’s between seasons for sport with only one child playing tomorrow so a good opportunity for them to get away briefly.
They are going to the flash restaurant in the valley and staying at the farm. What they save on accommodation they’ll spend on the meal!
With Adelaide at a sleepover and Elizabeth and Hugh at youth group most of the evening, it’s been uncharacteristically quiet.
